Retired British doctor embarks on Spain's Camino de Santiago walk in aid of cancer research

Guadalhorce valley resident Steve Eckersall will do the world-famous pilgrimage route again in honour of his wife, who died of ovarian cancer in 2024, despite needing a hip replacement and suffering a minor stroke after last year’s 780km fundraising hike
