A 34-year-old Spanish man has been arrested in Marbella after kicking his Ecuadorian lodger, 58, causing him to lose a testicle.
The attack, in front of the victim's family, occurred during an argument in which the lodger was asked to leave.
The landlord also apparently punched the victim's wife in the mouth.
