Estepona's IBI tax down for seventh year

Residents in Estepona should be benefiting from lower municipal IBI taxes in 2019. It is the seventh year in a row that this local tax for town hall services has been lowered and during this time the average bill has fallen 20 per cent.

This year's reduction is around three per cent for the total of 51,253 properties that get the annual bills. Locals will also continue to benefit from a three per cent discount for paying by direct debit.
