Starlite Festival axes almost half of its staff due to new Covid rules

The organisers of the Starlite Festival summer concert series in Marbella have had to axe 42 per cent of their staff, after new opening times were forced on them under Covid-19 rules.

The venue now has to close at 1am, as other bars and night venues do, which means it cannot open its second stage where a programme of DJ performances was planned each evening.
