The magic of the Harlem Globetrotters comes to Malaga

Malaga. More than 4,000 spectators of all age groups turned out on Wednesday at Malaga's Palacio de los Deportes, the latest stop on the Harlem Globetrotters' world tour.

The legendary American basketball team brought their particular blend of theatre, comedy and athleticism to the city for an exhibition match against the Washington Generals.

The rules were changed somewhat with the introduction of a four-point line and when the first whistle sounded, the Globetrotters exhibited a vast repertoire of spectacular shots, tricks and somersaults and even stopped play on a number of occasions to invite members of the audience to showcase skills of their own.
