PGOU change could re-open door to Primark at La Cañada

Marbella town council provisionally approved a change to the town's PGOU land-use plan on Tuesday which would allow the construction of mezzanine levels in industrial and commercial buildings to maximise space, providing that the building's external appearance remains unaltered.

This could have consequences in La Cañada shopping centre where a move to welcome Primark was blocked because the PGOU wouldn't permit the creation of a new level.
