Spanish tennis player Rafael Nadal claimed his 11th Monte Carlo Masters title on Sunday after seeing off Kei Nishikori 6-3 6-2 in the final. The 31-year-old became the first man in the Open era to win the same title 11 times, moving ahead of Novak Djokovic for career Masters titles (31). The Mallorcan is aiming to add to his overall tally this weekend having made it to the quarterfinals of the Barcelona Open after beating compatriot Roberto Carballés 6-4 6-4 on Thursday.
