Work minister Yolanda Díaz takes over UP lead after departure of Pablo Iglesias
The minority Unidas Podemos parliamentary group has four ministers in PM Pedro Sánchez's coalition government

The third deputy prime minister in the coalition government, Yolanda Díaz, has taken over the leadership of the Unidas Podemos (UP) parliamentary group following the resignation of Pablo Iglesias last week.
Díaz, who is also the Minister for Work in the power-sharing cabinet of the PSOE and minority UP, met with the other four group ministers on Thursday. UP includes Podemos, Izquierda Unida, Galicia En Común and En Comú Podem.
Meanwhile, Podemos has offcially initiated the process of electing a new party leader to replace Iglesias.
