New pay and display zone to come into force in Marbella on 26 April

More than a 170 parking spaces in the La Zambomba area of Marbella will become a 'zona azul' (blue zone) where motorists will have to purchase a ticket to park. This will come into effect on 26 April.

The paying zone comes as a result of demand from local residents who were becoming increasingly concerned by the presence of unofficial parking monitors, popularly known as 'gorrillas'.
