100,000 face masks to be distributed among residents of Marbella

Marbella town hall will distribute around 100,000 free face masks to residents in the town from next week.

The FFP2 masks, which are part of a donation from the United Arab Emirates, will be given to those on the 'padrón' town hall register at various points across the town.

These masks make up 80 per cent of the 18-tonne donation made earlier this month. The rest, including equipment for hospital use, will be given to the regional health authority for the Costa del Sol hospital and other associations that rely on them across the municipality.
