Hotel Don Miguel opening delayed

Marbella mayor, Ángeles Muñoz (centre), announced on Tuesday that the reopening of the iconic Hotel Don Miguel in the town had been set back to 2020.

This was because, she said, of the magnitude of the task taken on by Club Med to implement a 70-million-euro investment to transform the hotel into a luxury family resort.

Originally scheduled to open this summer, it will now open next spring.
