Villa Padierna owner facing two years in jail

The public prosecutor is calling for two years in prison for the owner of the Hotel Villa Padierna.

Ricardo Arranz is accused of misappropriation and duress having, according to the court in Marbella, "unilaterally" terminated the services of a health and wellness company, BDB Wellness in 2014, who had been loaned the use of the premises.

Staff were prevented from entering the premises and removing equipment.
