Police break up Axarquía Illegal bingo halls

National police have identified four people believed to be behind illegal bingo 'halls' in Algarrobo and Vélez-Málaga. In an operation which had lasted six months and ended at the weekend, officers seized 1,275 euros and items used to play the game. It is thought that up to 60 people attended the sessions in Algarrobo. Under Andalusian gaming law, fines can range from 10,000 to 300,000 euros.
