The Costa del Sol opens its first exclusive hotel for LGBTI clientele

Torremolinos continues to bolster its status as a major LGBTI destination with the opening of Hotel Ritual, the first hotel on the Costa del Sol that caters exclusively for the gay community.

Formerly the Hotel Stella Polaris, the property has undergone a complete refit. New facilities include a gym, sauna, spa and a nudist area on the terrace of the ninth floor, complete with an infinity swimming pool.

The mayor of Torremolinos, José Ortiz, who formally opened the hotel last week, said, The launch of this accommodation reinforces Torremolinoss position as one of the most important gay-friendly destinations in the country.

The new hotel will host this years edition of Mister Gay Malaga.
