Work is under way on one of Ojéns biggest ever residential property developments. The 250-million-euro Palo Alto project is being funded by one of the worlds largest real estate investors, Round Hill Capital.

The luxury scheme was designed by award-winning architecture practice Villarroel Torrico, and is now being built by one of Spains best known construction companies, Grupo Avintia.

The luxury penthouses, villas and apartments which will make up the residential area are expected to stretch over an area of 50 hectares.

Avintia are currently cleaning the site, carrying out inspections, taking measurements and erecting a security fence in preparation for the first phase of construction, which is estimated to last until the end of 2018.

President of Avintia, Antonio Martín Jiménez, has said that Round Hill Capitals decision to contract the group to carry out the work is reason to be proud, given the companys leading position in the world of real estate investment.

Similarly, Matías Villarroel, director of Round Hill Capital in Spain, has said how appreciative he is to have Avintia on board. The group is very well known in the Spanish construction industry for the quality of its work. They have a great amount of experience both in Spain and abroad, which will help to make this project a success, he commented.
