Marbella council files request for year-round beach gyms

Marbella council has asked the Junta of Andalucía for a licence to install beach gyms, where people can exercise all year round.

The four beaches at which the council want to install the gyms are La Venus, Nagüeles, El Cable and San Pedro Alcántara.

The idea for the initiative came from a plan, running from 2018-2021, to more efficiently use the space and encourage exercise.
