Upper Rock picnic sites revamped for spring
A new area with tables and benches has been created at the old Willis' Guard room

Two picnic sites on the Upper Rock are now ready for the warmer spring weather.
The one at Jews' Gate, at the lower entrance to the path leading to Mediterranean Steps, has been refurbished, and a new area with tables and benches has been created at the old Willis' Guard room, at the opposite (northern) end of the Upper Rock.
The Gibraltar Ornithological & Natural History Society was consulted beforehand to ensure that there would be no negative impact on wild animals or plants.
