New boutique hotel opens in Marbella in old Casa Club villa

The Avantum group has launched its new boutique hotel, which will open to the public on December 27. The 11-bedroom hotel, called The Touch Puerto Banús, is in the old Casa Club Marbella building, a villa built in 1960 in the Cortijo Blanco area towards San Pedro. It is targeted at higher-end guests.

The hotel aims to personalise its service and will not have a receptionist. Instead each guest will be allocated their own, personal host to look after them.

Prices start from 140 euros a night in low season, rising to 1,500 a night for the best rooms in high season.

Avantum also runs luxury holiday apartments in the Marbella area.
