Morocco, closer than ever before

Northern Morocco has been made even more accessible now by Air Arabia who is running direct flights between Malaga and Tangier three times a week.

The half-hour flights cost as little as 19 euros each way though be aware that surcharges apply if using most Spanish or British cards.

Nonetheless, it provides a much more attractive option for those on the Costa with the main alternative a ferry from Tarifa.

Taxis from Tangier airport to the city centre cost around 15 euros (fixed rate) and can be picked up outside the terminal.
