The Junta is thinking about a no-deal scenario too

At the next regional cabinet meeting, president of the Junta de Andalucía, Juanma Moreno, will approve a series of measures designed to alleviate the effect of any hard Brexit.

Moreno stated that Andalucía is especially vulnerable to any negative impact, due to the large numbers of British residents and high tourist numbers. In addition the region exports a lot of fruit and vegetables to the UK and 10,000 people cross into Gibraltar to work each day.
