Major new ring road opens in Estepona

The town hall in Estepona opened its new ring road on Friday.

This new infrastructure, costing seven million euros, will help improve traffic flow around the town centre.

The route connects the Parque Ferial and the north of Juan Benítez, and links up with the east of the town centre.

It includes 1.5 kilometres of cycle lane and 445 free parking spaces.

Further work is to be carried out to create a green zone with more than 3,000 trees.
