Economists confident Malaga "will cope" with imminent downturn

The Colegio de Economistas, the professional body for economists and accountants in Malaga province, has said in its latest regular report on the local economy that an economic downturn in Spain is a reality.

It is optimistic, however, saying that Malaga and the Costa del Sol "shows it is in a more solvent position than the rest of Andalucía and Spain in order to cope with this situation".
