A 3.3-million-euro tender process has been launched in Marbella to carry out repairs to pavements, lighting and street furniture on roads the council does not own but consider important thoroughfares.
A recent court ruling gave Marbella permission to intervene for public safety but its own staff are too busy to do the work.
