Three Malaga bakers among the best in Spain

Horno de Leña Martín and El Mastren in Malaga city, and Pan Piña in Algatocín have been chosen to be included on the Ruta del Buen Pan (Good Bread Route), an initiative of Panatics and Pan de Calidad.
The objective was to make a list of all the best bakers in Spain chosen by a group of judges who anonymously visited and tasted bread in bakeries across the whole of Spain and evaluated taste, aroma, texture etc, as well as the bakery itself.
