Martín Demichelis to join Malaga coaching staff

Francesc Arnau announced at a press conference on Monday that Martín Demichelis will be taking up a role on the coaching staff to replace the outgoing Weligton who returns to Brazil to clear up some personal matters

A place for Duda within the clubs structure is still a possibility but a move to a new club is also on the cards.

Meanwhile, former head coach Marcelo Romero remains on the payroll as the club decides how best to utilise his experience.
