British man living in Mallorca goes down with coronavirus

He had returned from the French Alps where he was in contact with another British man who brought back the virus from Singapore

A British resident of Mallorca tested positive for coronavirus last Sunday, becoming the second person identified with the illness in Spain.

He had returned from the French Alps where he was in contact with the British man from Brighton who was widely featured in the UK media this week as having brought back coronavirus from Singapore via his ski holiday.

A Chinese woman in Valladolid, northern Spain, tested negative for the virus after starting to vomit in a pub. Other drinkers became alarmed and alerted the authorities. However it was later proved to be a false alarm.
