Father accused of abusing daughter
He allegedly began committing the acts when she was just four years old

The Malaga Prosecutor's Office is seeking 15 years in prison for the man who is alleged to have started abusing his daughter when she was just four years old, 11 years ago. It is claimed that he began sexual abusing her in 2006 which then changed to rape, in addition he punched her, pulled her hair and "forcibly held her down".
