Nerja town hall to host new holiday rentals law conference in English

Nerja town hall foreigners' department, together with the Pérez Parras law firm, will be holding a conference in English on holiday rentals and the new requirements introduced by the regional government, the Junta de Andalucía last year.

The conference will take place at Nerja town hall in the Salón de Actos meeting room, on the second floor, from 11am until approximately 12.30pm.

Nerja foreigners' office explained that the new law for renting holiday homes has brought up many doubts and questions and there is great interest in learning about it.
