The SUR in English stand was busy as usual at the World Travel Market this week. A meeting point for representatives of the Spanish tourism industry, the newspaper's base offered sweet Malaga wine and traditional 'borrachuelo' cakes as well as copies of the special tourism supplement distributed with last week's edition.

A special version of the supplement was also taken out to London commuters on Monday morning, inserted inside the morning free business newspaper City A.M.

The supplement was popular with many mayors and councillors from tourism resorts on the Costa del Sol, who were pleased to see their destination reaching potential tourists.
