Following his meeting with Malaga CF's acting chief executive Richard Shaheen last week, Malaga mayor Francisco de la Torre expressed his "obvious concern" that the club was not implementing its viability plan which it presented to La Liga several weeks ago. "This is a worry because time is passing by and we need solutions," he said.
