Marbella to work with College of Architects to reduce waiting time for planning permits

Marbella town hall and the Malaga College of Architects last Friday signed an agreement which will see both bodies work together to decrease the wait for planning permits to a maximum of four months.

This is an attempt to stop investors from turning their back on the town: "We know that there have been delays of up to nine months in some cases and this is putting investors off," said mayor Ángeles Muñoz.
