The new central Marbella park boulevard is in its final stage of construction. The new space covers 15,000 square metres and cost 2.1 million euros to build. It includes two play areas for children; a cafeteria; benches; gym apparatus; green areas with palms trees, umbrellas and lights; and the auditorium.
The facility is named after Pablo Ráez, a local man who promoted the donation of bone marrow prior to his death from leukemia.
