Malaga port to build marina for super yachts
The new berths will be able to accommodate up to 40 boats between 30 and 100 metres in length and up to 20 metres in height

A project to convert the quayside next to Muelle Uno shopping centre in Malaga's port into a marina for luxury super yachts took a further step forward this week. The scheme, first reported by SUR in English, has been put forward by several investors who see Malaga as one of the major port cities for leisure traffic connecting the Mediterranean with the Caribbean. The new berths will be able to accommodate up to 40 boats between 30 and 100 metres in length and up to 20 metres in height. The investors now have three months to present plans.
