Former Unicaja player Robert Archibald died last Friday morning at the age of 39.
Born in Paisley (UK), Archibald became the first Scottish player in the Liga Endesa, representing the Malaga side (2008-11), as well as Pamesa Valencia (2004), Joventut (2005-07) and Zaragoza (2011-12).
He died in Illinois (USA), where he lived following retirement, but the cause of his death has not been disclosed.
