Environmentalists claim new beach bar breaches law on maximum size permitted

Environmental group Ecologistas en Acción have presented an official complaint to the regional government the Junta de Andalucía over irregularities to a new beach bar being built in El Morche. The group claims that the construction exceeds the maximum dimensions for a building of its nature. Torrox town hall has said the building has been authorised by the Junta and is being supervised.
