Stolen car found and French driver arrested
The driver provided what police suspected to be false identification and an investigation revealed that the car, a black Peugeot 308 with French number plates, had been reported as stolen last year

Local police in Almuñécar detained a driver with French nationality last Friday on suspicion of driving a stolen vehicle and falsifying documents.
The driver was stopped during routine checks on the Avenida Rey Juan Carlos I when the officers caught him speeding.
The driver provided what police suspected to be false identification and an investigation revealed that the car, a black Peugeot 308 with French number plates, had been reported as stolen by a French company on 1 March last year.
