Emotive gathering in El Palo marks anniversary
A year after Toddler Julen fell down a borehole on land in Totalán, friends and neighbours lit candles and release balloons

Friends and neighbours marked the anniversary of the Totalán tragedy in El Palo on Monday evening.
Around 50 people gathered around a heart of candles as a statement was read and white balloons released.
Julen's parents, José and Vicky, thanked them for their support.
