Vietnamese Communist Party General Secretary To Lam (right) met with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez at the Party Central Committee office in Hanoi, Vietnam on Wednesday.

Sánchez was on an official visit to Vietnam to strengthen links before continuing on to China.
