Colinas del Limonar has become one of the focal points of urban development in Malaga, with new residential developments attracting thousands of new residents to this coveted area on the east side of the city. And where there are large numbers of people, there is a need for services including shopping and leisure facilities, and that is where the developers Suba and López Real Inversiones (LR21) have decided to step in with plans to build a new commercial centre in Calle La Era, in El Mayorazgo.

It will be situated strategically beside the prestigious Colinas del Limonar residential development, where over 20,000 high-end properties are being built, and the already well-established areas of Mayorazgo and Limonar Alto.

The developers, who are waiting for definitive approval for the project from the different administrations, say it will have quick and easy access to the A-7 dual carriageway and will be very visible.

The building will be on different levels with shops, services, leisure facilities, restaurants and parking, and the developers have explained that the design will be spectacular and will fit in well with the surroundings.

“The project is environmentally responsible, sustainable on an energy consumption and impact level, there will be charging points for electric vehicles and spacious terraces with spectacular views,” they also explained.
