Torremolinos to get new mayor after unexpected no confidence motion

Margarita del Cid will be the new mayor of Torremolinos.

In one of the most unexpected movements on the political scene in the province, the PP councillor will be invested as mayor with the support of Ciudadanos, Vox and Por Mi Pueblo.

She will take over the reins from socialist José Ortiz, the mayor since 2015.
