Mercadona to open one new store and close two in Torremolinos

Spanish supermarket chain Mercadona has announced the reorganisation of its stores across Torremolinos.

A new shop (at a cost of four million euros) is expected to open in El Pinillo, next to the train station, in July.

This, however, will see the closure of the chain's two stores in La Carihuela and El Calvario.
