Four arrested for alleged kidnap

Three men and a male aged 17 were arrested in Gibraltar this week on suspicion of forcing a 13-year-old boy against his will into the back of a car on the Glacis Estate, driving him to Devil's Tower Road and threatening him with violence. They were charged with kidnapping and have been released on bail.
