Ferry service to Morocco resumes

The news was welcomed by tourism minister Vijay Daryanani, who emphasised the importance of Gibraltar's links with Morocco

The ferry service between Gibraltar and Morocco, which was stopped because of the Covid-19 pandemic, has now been resumed, now that the Moroccan government has opened its sea borders again. Tourism minister Vijay Daryanani welcomed the news, saying that "Gibraltar's links with Morocco are extremely important as we look forward at new opportunities after Brexit, especially those linked to tourism and commerce".
