Two cruise ships make inaugural visits

An increasing number of cruise lines are including Gibraltar on their itineraries this year, and two more ships have made their inaugural stops this week. The first was the Sea Cloud Spirit, which arrived on Saturday 14 May from Malaga, carrying 80 passengers and 75 crew. On Tuesday, Tourism Minister Vijay Daryanani also welcomed the Carnival Pride, with her 1,455 passengers and 888 crew.
