The Basque side came from behind in Granada to topple the runaway league champions

Real Sociedad racked up their first ever women's title on Saturday when they ran out surprise winners in the final of the Copa de la Reina in front of 17,550 fans at the Nuevo Los Cármenes in Granada on Saturday 11 May.

League champions Atlético de Madrid stood in their way and took the lead in the 15th minute through Esther. However, Palacio struck back just four minutes later, before a second-half strike from Nahikari sealed the win.
