Many celebrities and sports stars visit the Costa del Sol on a daily basis, but one has stood out these last few days. Michael Jordan, probably one of the biggest names in sport, and, for the vast majority, the greatest basketball player of all time, has been paying a visit to Marbella.
Retired since 2003, Jordan won six NBA titles with the Chicago Bulls, averaging 30.1 points per game for his entire career, the most in the history of basketball's greatest league.
He was also top points-scorer ten times, the league's MVP five times, has six Finals MVPs, and was named in the NBA's top five on ten occasions.
Jordan, 60, has been staying at the Marbella Club, in the most distinguished area of the resort, and visited La Milla Marbella, recognised as the best beach bar of 2019 and run by award-winning chef Javier Ruiz.
The former basketballer has also been playing golf, one of his great passions, and has been seen with his signature cigars as he has been escorted around the town with his entourage and current partner, creating a stir wherever they've gone.
