These are the people in Andalucía who have not yet received a Covid vaccine

So far, a total of 6,778,690 people in the region have the complete vaccination schedule, while 6,896,165 already have had at least one dose

By the middle of this week (3 November) the Junta de Andalucía had administered a total of 13,265,240 doses of the vaccines against Covid-19. It means that a total of 6,778,690 people in the region have the complete vaccination schedule, while 6,896,165 already have had at least one dose.

According to the Ministry of Health figures the region has 80 per cent of the population with the complete vaccination schedule, and 90.9 per cent of those over 12 years of age, while 81.4 per cent of the population and 92.5 per cent of those over 12 years of age have received their first dose.

Of the 7,451,975 people included in the target population, according to data from the National Institute of Statistics (INE) it means that there are still 555,810 people to receive a jab in the region.

Strategic Vaccination Plan

Based on the data from the regional government’s Strategic Vaccination Plan, one hundred percent of people over 60 years of age have had two doses of the vaccine. Regarding the rest of age groups, the coverage between 50 and 59 years old is 96.4 per cent in relation to the complete vaccination regimen; from 40 to 49 years old, 90.9 per cent have received at least one dose and 89.7 per cent both; from 30 to 39 years old, 82.4 per cent have at least one dose and 80.2 per cent both; from 20 to 29 years old, 83.7 per cent have a dose and 80.7 per cent the complete regimen; from 12 to 19 years old, 89.1 per cent have at least one dose and 86.7% have completed the regimen.

Provincial jabs

By province, 3,081,481 doses of vaccines have been administered in Seville, and 1,581,819 people have already completed the vaccine schedule, while in Malaga the total number of doses given so far has reached 2,512,775, and the number of people with both injections stands at 1,275,174.

In Cadiz some 1,976,528 vaccines have been administered and the number of people with the complete schedule total 1,006,989; in Granada, 1,448,813 doses have been administered and 745,700 people have complete guideline; and in Cordoba, the figures are 1,280,613 doses administered and 646,223 people with the complete schedule of the vaccine.

The total number of doses administered in Almeria is 1,130,389 and 578,703 people have completed the regimen; in Jaén it is 1,021,251, with 520,382 people with the complete regimen, and in Huelva, 813,390 is the number of doses administered and 423,700 are full vaccinated.
