Club Nerja Rugby crowned league champions

The team now go into the Andalusian play-off

A hard-fought home draw (19-19) against nearest rivals Jaén gave Club Nerja Rugby their first league title in the Andalusian Division 2 Eastern Section on Sunday.

They went into the game nine points ahead of their rivals knowing that only a bonus-point defeat could deny them the title they had been waiting seven years to achieve.

They now go into the Andalusian play-off with the quarter finals due to be played on 31 March and 7 April.
