Axarquía villages to hold online San Isidro celebrations this weekend

The holiday in Nerja has been postponed until 29 September

Both Nerja and Almáchar will be holding virtual San Isidro celebrations this weekend.

On Friday the Nerja town hall Facebook page will be showing a special mass and on Sunday the Almáchar town hall Facebook page will be showing the 1988 Romería, followed by music, a photography competition and a virtual paella which will take place at 9pm.

According to Nerja foreigners' office, the San Isidro public holiday has been postponed until 29 September.
