Ryanair, the leading airline at Malaga Airport, has announced that it will temporarily cease operating from next Tuesday, 24 March.

Since Wednesday, the operator has reduced services to 80 per cent and has been focusing on getting passengers back to their country of origin. In fact it has called for all travellers to return as soon as possible.

From Monday, it is expected that they will only operate a limited service between the UK and Ireland.

The company is contacting all affected passengers by email informing them of their options and asks customers not to contact them due to overloaded call centres.
